Visitor information

Welcome to the westfriese golfclub in Westwoud. We hereby invite you to play and experience what our course has to offer. The first nine holes lie in a typical local ‘West-Fries’ landscape with meadows and water features. This, in contrast with our old nine holes, where a sloping course lies in a landscape with numerous trees.

It takes approximately 4 hours 20 minutes to play 18 holes. So, why not join us for the day and enjoy some great food at our clubhouse; Brasserie Westwoud. Visitors can always be sure of a warm welcome at our course. As a visitor you can play at all times except when the tee is reserved for competitions.

Reservations can be made 30 days in advance online or by our caddymaster.

* Visitors from golf clubs abroad need to able to show they have a recognised handicap.

When arriving at the Club we kindly request visitors to register with the caddymaster and obtain their green fee ticket before play. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your tee time. Thank you very much.

In addition, we have:

  • Golf Buggies; which can be booked in advance at the caddymaster. Please check this page for buggy rates
  • Plenty of pull trolleys for use
  • Rental sets of clubs for €15 per set

On days of inclement weather, we ask that you check the status of the course on the website in advance to ensure that Buggies are allowed. Visitors may make full use of the Club's facilities –  practise nets, putting green, restaurant, changing rooms and full access to all the facilities in the Clubhouse.

We look forward to welcoming you.
